These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website kryoaria.store ("the Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Kiril Avramov ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Using the Site

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any fraudulent purpose.

2. Products and pricing

We aim to describe and price our products accurately. Occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you complete your order.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case we will refund any payment already made.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. Please provide an accurate delivery address — we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Your right to cancel and return orders is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Consumer rights

As a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

8. Product use disclaimer

The KRYO ChillMat is intended as a cooling product for pets. Pets should be supervised when using it. While our products are designed to be safe and durable, you are responsible for choosing a suitable size and using the product appropriately. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights or our liability for faulty products.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the Site at the time you place it.

12. Governing law

The Site is operated by a seller based in Bulgaria. These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you continue to benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of residence, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
